Are you travelling to Hamburg with your team, with your company or as a group? Our holiday apartments have room for several people, their own kitchen and Wi-Fi – and most of them are right in the old town, on historic Deichstrasse. Here you will find our apartments for five people or more and the answers to the questions that teams and groups ask us most often.

Who it is for

Who is the offer intended for?

For project, trade fair and conference teams, for companies, clubs and choirs, and for families travelling together. Guests of a wedding or a family celebration also like to stay with us – but the celebrating is done elsewhere: parties and celebrations are not allowed in our apartments.

When are you most likely to have room for a group?

During the week – from Sunday to Thursday – and in the winter months, several apartments are often free at the same time. In weeks with major trade fairs and conferences, on the other hand, we are often fully booked early; in that case, please enquire in good time. The search shows which apartments are free for your dates.

The apartments

Which apartments are suitable for teams and groups?

All holiday apartments where at least five people can stay overnight. The list below shows them; one click takes you to the description, the price and availability, and the enquiry. For smaller groups, you will find all our other accommodation in the search.

Where are the apartments, and how do we get there?

Most of them are on historic Deichstrasse in Hamburg's old town, right on the Nikolaifleet canal – a few minutes' walk from the town hall, the Speicherstadt, the Elbphilharmonie and the harbour. The description of each apartment shows where it is. The nearest underground station is Rödingsmarkt (U3), and the S1 and S3 suburban trains stop at Stadthausbrücke; from the airport, take the S1 to Stadthausbrücke without changing. We do not have our own parking spaces; the nearest multi-storey car park is Parkhaus Rödingsmarkt (charges apply).

Several apartments for one group

Can we book several apartments together?

Yes. Most of our apartments are on the same street, many of them in the same building – so your group stays close together, even if it does not fit into one apartment. Write to us how many people you are and for which dates; we will put together suitable apartments and make you an offer. Your contact for all apartments is our office on Deichstrasse.

Can we get an invoice made out to our company?

Yes. Just give your company name and address in your enquiry; the invoice shows VAT separately. You receive a separate invoice made out to your company for each apartment. Hamburg's culture and tourism tax also applies to business trips for stays of less than two months; it is shown on the invoice.

Living and working

What will we find in the apartments?

Every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Some apartments have their own washing machine and dryer, and there is also a shared laundry room on Deichstrasse. You can add bed linen and towels; the beds are then made up when you arrive. For stays of 14 days or more, weekly cleaning is included. The description of each apartment shows what it offers.

Arrival

How does the group get into the apartments – even if not everyone arrives at the same time?

On Deichstrasse you don't need a key: you open the door with a personal code on the electronic lock, which you receive by e-mail in advance. So your group can arrive at different times, even late in the evening – nobody has to wait for a key. At our other locations we hand over the keys in person; the arrival times there are given in the FAQ. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.

House rules

What does a group need to bear in mind?

Our buildings are residential, with neighbours – please be considerate. Parties and celebrations are not allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Smoking is prohibited in all our accommodation, and pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Enquiry, price and payment

How do we send an enquiry?

Choose a suitable apartment from the list or in the search and send us an enquiry using the form. In the remarks field, tell us how many people you are in total and whether you need further apartments; for an invoice made out to your company, also give your company name and address. You will receive a non-binding offer by e-mail, usually on the next office day. You can also write to us directly or call us – the details are on the contact page.

What does it cost?

In our offer we quote a total price including 7% VAT and final cleaning, with no commission. The page of each apartment also shows the price for your travel dates.

How do we pay, and what happens if we cancel?

As with every booking: a deposit is due on booking, and the balance by bank transfer before arrival. The exact deadlines and the cancellation terms are given in the FAQ.
