The modern flat has a living room and a bedroom with a 160cm double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceran-field and a table for four persons plus a shower/WC. Both rooms have a flatscreen TV (cable) and free WiFi internet access. Without charge, you can also use the washing machine and tumble drier, which are in the basement. The new district Hafencity is built here, blending the very best of modern architecture with the historic ambience of the harbor. The Jungfernsteig, Gänsemarkt, harbor and Landungsbrücken are within walking distance. Transport links for business and pleasure are close at hand - ferries across the Elbe, boat trips around the harbor, buses (no. 3 & 6 ), the Train U3 Baumwall.
